This service is a part of our three lawn care programs, which all of which involve eight visits throughout the year and come with fertilization, lawn insect control, and soil enhancement treatments. However, our second bachelors degree package also includes grub, ant, disease, & aeration for an even more comprehensive approach, while our top package the masters degree program includes shrub and flower bed fertilization and weed control and disease control.
We use both pre- and post-emergent weed control treatments to prevent new weeds and eliminate existing ones. Our products are also pet-safe, so you can rest assured that you don't have to compromise achieving a weed-free lawn for the well-being of your furry friends.

When you sign up for our weed control service, you can be assured that your lawn will be well taken care of year-round. That's because it's a part of all our lawn care programs that include various other services. Here's what these programs include:
Our Associates Degree Lawn Treatment Package includes fertilizer and weed control, which will be applied throughout the year. Additionally, it also comes with lawn insect control and soil enhancement treatments.
Our Bachelors Degree Lawn Treatment Package includes everything from the basic one, along with grub control, aeration, disease prevention, and fire ant control (GADA).
Master Lawn Fertilization Program
includes everything in the Associates and Bachelors Degree Packages, plus flower bed and shrub care for complete landscape protection.

Our Weed Control Schedule
To make sure that your lawn stays as strong and beautiful as possible, we follow a strict weed control schedule that consists of eight visits throughout the year. During these visits, we will apply our weed control treatments to prevent weeds from taking over your turf. If you have pesky hard to kill weeds, no worries we provide free retreatments in between services for such situations. Our weed control schedule looks like this:
January/Mid-February: During the first visit of the year, we'll apply a pre-emergent and post-emergent weed control treatment to keep newly germinated weeds from sprouting and eliminate any existing ones. If you sign up for our second lawn care package, we'll also treat your lawn for fire ants.
Mid-February/March: During our second visit, we'll apply another pre-emergent and post-emergent weed control treatment. If you sign up for our second package, we'll also aerate your lawn and dethatch.
April/Mid-May: We'll apply post-emergent weed control treatments to tackle any existing growth on your lawn. We'll also provide a fertilizer treatment to give your grass a much-needed boost after the winter season. If you sign up for our second package, we'll also apply preventative lawn disease control.
Mid-May/June: This visit includes a fertilizer treatment to replenish the nutrients that were depleted during the early part of the season. We'll also apply more post-emergent weed control, and if you are signed up for the second package, we'll provide grub control.
July/Mid-August: Your lawn will receive post-emergent weed control and fertilization as needed.
Mid-August/Mid-September: We'll visit your property again to apply lawn insect control and post-emergent weed control. If you sign up for our second package, we'll aerate and dethatch again.
Mid-September/October: During our fall visit, we'll apply another post-emergent weed control treatment as well as pre-emergent weed control. If you sign up for our second package, you'll receive fungal control.
November/December: Our final visit of the year includes a fertilizer treatment to restore essential nutrients to your lawn and prepare it for the upcoming winter season. We'll also apply soil enhancement and post-emergent weed control treatments.
